Performing Arts Lead
Our vision is Arts without Barriers. At Prism Arts we believe that everyone should have access to high quality creative arts experiences and opportunities.
We are looking for a committed and creative performing arts lead to join our team at Prism Arts. Based in Carlisle and supported by our team of artists and Creative Director, you will shape the development and delivery of our performing arts programme.
Our Performing Arts Lead will develop an inclusive preforming arts programme that is engaging and dynamic and delivers progression of our participant artists throughout, from decision making to skills and practice development.
This role will suit people looking to develop a career in inclusive arts as well as artists with a more established practice.
Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
Start Date: The role is available for an immediate start from August/September 2023.
Hours: (0.4) PRO RATA. 15 hours per week. Friday is a core day; other days are flexible depending on programmed activities.
Contract: Permanent, annualised hours.
Salary: (FTE) £25000 – £27000 (Pro Rata: £10,000 – £10,800)
