Catherine is a multimedia artist based in Cumbria with a self-described interest in “messy art.” Her approach embraces experimentation, combining materials such as pastels, paint, pens, collage, textiles, and digital media. Her work often features characterful depictions of animals and figures, capturing a sense of humour and imagination.

Catherine was a participant artist in Step Up, Step Forward, a research project which explored accessibility in creative, higher education settings.
