We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for working with people to join our friendly and committed team. We are particularly interested in people who want to work with people supporting theatre and digital projects. Supported by our Lead Artists you will work alongside people with disabilities both in sessions and community and cultural settings. We are looking for individuals who can meet our vision ‘Arts without Barriers’.
Job Purpose: Your role is to facilitate engagement arts programmes for Prism Arts participants. From assisting in group sessions to supporting 1:2:1 delivery we are looking for someone who is great with people and excited by contemporary arts practice. Working flexibly you will support the Lead Artists and Project Managers in the delivery of person centred programmes of creative work. This will include workshops, trips, performances, meetings, events. We see this as an entry level role with opportunities to progress within Prism Arts or within the Cultural sector more broadly.
Salary: (FTE) £18,770
Pro Rata Salary: £7,508
