At Prism, we believe everyone has the right to be creative — to express themselves, tell their own story, and take up space in the cultural life of their community.

We are a charity based in Carlisle, running a supported studio for learning disabled and neurodivergent people across Cumbria. Our artists paint, print, perform, write, direct, build, and create work that deserves to be seen, heard, and respected.

But our work is about more than just art. It’s about building confidence, supporting independence, and challenging the outdated idea that creativity belongs to only a few.
