Discover Prism Arts: A Short Film and Our Vision to 2028
We are excited to share Creative. Inclusive. In Cumbria, a short film by Jeremy Bradfield that captures Prism Arts through the eyes of our staff, creatives, and partners.
The film showcases who we are, what we do, and why we exist. A huge thank you to Jeremy for bringing Prism Arts to life on screen. We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it.
We are also delighted to announce that Creative. Inclusive. In Cumbria is our new tagline! It reflects the heart of Prism Arts and embodies our new business plan, which was finalised at the end of 2025.
A Collaborative Business Plan
Our business plan was developed collaboratively. Our staff team and advisory board contributed their ideas, dreams, and ambitions.
The plan helps guide Prism Arts’ future and ensures that everyone involved understands the resources, people, and actions needed to bring creative projects to life.
What is a business plan?
A business plan is a clear roadmap that explains:
- What Prism Arts wants to do – our vision and ambitions
- How we will do it – the actions, projects, and strategies
- What we need – the people, funding, and resources to succeed
It helps everyone – staff, creatives, partners, and supporters – understand how we turn ideas into reality.
Our Big Goals by 2028
As part of our business plan, we are excited to share our key goals for the next few years:
- Reach more people – connecting with new audiences, especially young people
- Support our creatives – providing guidance from first steps to professional practice
- Be known nationally – for our creativity, inclusion, and impact
- Share voices and talent – highlighting the value of learning disabled and neurodivergent voices through art and theatre
- Find our future home – creating a strong, sustainable space for Prism Arts’ future
These goals reflect our commitment to creativity, inclusion, and community. They are ambitious, but with the support of our team, creatives, and partners, we are confident in reaching them.
