Big Night Out brings shanties and shipwrecks to Lismore Place
21 November 2025
Our Studio Theatre performers lit up Lismore Place on 21 November with a stormy, sea-soaked adventure full of hungry sailors, shipwrecks and shanty songs. Audiences were invited to join in with singing and movement, creating a warm and immersive atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the first stop on our Big Night Out tour.
This performance marked the beginning of a new series of events designed to bring live theatre directly to learning disabled audiences across Cumbria. The energy in the room was brilliant, and it was clear how much joy the performers and audience shared together.
