Formed in January 2024, our Advisory Board consists of six Prism artists who sought to actively engage in decision-making within the charity. The board provides a platform for artists to voice their ideas and contribute to the charity’s future
MONTHLY MEETINGS
The Advisory Board meets once a month at our studio, where members participate in discussions and change-making projects. These sessions focus on having meaningful conversations and ensuring the voices of our artists are heard.
Leadership & Governance
The meetings are chaired by Michael Shepherd, a Prism Artist and the Chair of the Advisory Board. Michael reports back to the charity’s Board of Trustees on a quarterly basis, sharing updates and insights from the Advisory Board’s work.
prism rebrand 2024
One of the board’s initial significant projects was the redesign of the charity’s branding. With the help of local graphic design firm Studio Walden, the artists worked together to create a visual identity that better reflects their vision for the organization. This collaboration resulted in the current logo, which was unveiled in September 2024.
