Prism, formally Prism Arts, launches rebrand following an ambitious project led by the charity’s advisory board and Vincent Walden.
In 2024, the Prism Advisory Board was formed, with a group of Prism Artists meeting monthly to help shape the charity’s future. Their first major task was to collaborate with Vincent Walden, Lead Graphic Designer at Studio Walden, to reimagine the charity’s branding through a series of creative workshops and discussions.
As part of this project, the team developed custom typography based on the designs of Prism Artists. This led to the creation of three unique fonts: Prism Display Michael by Michael Shepherd, Prism Display JYMA by JYMA, and Prism Display Catherine by Catherine Quilter. These fonts are showcased in the images below.
The end result is a bold new visual identity for the charity, directly inspired by the work of its artists.
